Great sushi and great selection! On this specific visit (I've come here over 10 times) I ordered an Always Sunny gluten free roll. They made a gluten roll on accident but gave me the option to give it to my partner since we are not both gluten free. I thought that was awesome because not only would it be wasting food but it shows that they think of the customer before just trashing good food. Weird tangent but it stood out to me. Never have anything bad to say about my food any time I come here. Highly recommended for all diets!

Better than expected! Very helpful staff, great value and great offerings. Ordering from cashless screen system that allowed for adjustments and requests. Fabulous combination of thai flavors with salads, tots, and tofu. Finally a place that gets veggie rolls right! Good stuff.

Went in during my lunch break. They weren't too busy, but had a fair amount of customers in there, so I'm sure it would take a bit of time to make a meal. I ordered a Teriyaki bowl with their meatballs to, go, since it was my lunch break and I only have about 45 minutes to get food and eat it. Stood around for about 13 to 16 minutes I am guessing, waiting for my food. They called my name and told me that they were out of the meatballs. They told me that they could either refund my money or substitute for something else. I asked them how long it would take to make another bowl and they said it would take another 10 to 12 minutes to cook other protein for the bowl. So total time to me would be 25 to almost 30 minutes to get my food. Leaves me 15 minutes to eat and get back from my lunch. Asked for the refund and went without lunch today. Hopefully in the future, they will notice if they are out of something and inform their customers right away instead of making them wait the prep time of a meal to be told that they can't make what you ordered. Edit - I will say that they refunded my money instantly on my card. Thanks for the fast response.

The food is good. Can't specialize it too much, so I didn't get to order what I really wanted. The ordering system is impersonal, which would be great if I could just build my own roll. Also overly complicated. Could be much simpler. Was on a date, got our food at different times. Also messed up our order had to delete the whole order and start over. The atmosphere is nice. The bathrooms are unisex. Staff is disassociated and removed, doesn't seem interested in consumer satisfaction. Very clean. Refreshing. Mostly self serve. Would have been nice to have someone ask me if the food was good and if they could assist me in ordering or using the machine... Miss that, "Are you good?" Customer service, but also enjoyed the self service. Also don't like having my food (what feels like) just tossed at me.

I was in town for business and stopped by and ended up eating lunch every day here while. Its super good and the prices are great. Love the service type, order on screen and they bring it out! Can't recommend more. My favorite food spot in Boise!
