I had never been to TGIF before, so I though I'd check it out on this cold Friday afternoon since I happened to be in the area. I had their cheese hamburger that came with fries, and a warm half brownie with a side of vanilla ice cream topped with pecans. The hamburger was excellent, the fries were hot and crispy, and the desert was delicious. A half brownie was just the right portion for me. The place is lively and fun to eat in. Rogelio was a most gracious and helpful server. It's a simple equation: good food + good people + good atmosphere = great time.

Great food and excellent service. Had by ribs with jack daniels sauce with cheesy mac and cheese. Delicious. Got there during a busy dinner hour and only waited 3 minutes for a table. Would go there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food I received, considering this is a chain restaurant. My salmon was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The service was amazing and the bartender was more than accommodating to our large group.

Horrible location. Remedial servers? Several disappointments: I frequent TGI Fridays and knew the menu better than my waiter!? We had to request water after being seated for over 15 min. We also had to request a place setting which he didn't understand so we asked for silverware which we got 20 minutes into the appetizer. We asked for those packets of wet wipes since we ate the apps with our fingers and he told me "I had never known we sold wipes" -? I asked another server where the restroom was and she said she thought it was this way but check with the girl at the front desk. ? No wonder why on a Friday night it was so bare in there. I guess Friday's are trainee night? Seems so...

The water was nice and pleasant. Food was good once the hair was removed from mashed potatoes. Drinks were good and priced pretty well for a Loop establishment.
