I'm a good cook so I don't normally eat out unless its a special occasion or I'm too busy. Unfortunately, I had a kitchen fire (not food related) and I've had to eat out for a few days. Normally when I stop in, the staff is super friendly. Today the customer service is the worst and there are only few customers here now. My waitress looked me right in the face when I walked in, but never brought me a menu, water or utensils. The bus boy did. She didn't introduce herself when she finally showed up. Right now she's on her cell phone. She has not come back to fill up my water glass nor my coffee cup. I have smoke in my lungs so I don't feel well. I'm so close to going off on her. I'm a business person and take pride in having exceptional customer service and when I don't get the basic hospitality it's really frustrating. I don't like stereotypes about young folks but this young lady is getting on my last last nerve! I truly hope the owners sees this review. As a business owner I would never hire someone like that even if I were desperate. Beware of the young lady with the black and red long spiral hair. She obviously hates her job!

Bad customer service I would not recommend this place to anyone! As a African American I know how to talk to other African Americans and it’s not in a rude manner! Just because I look young doesn’t mean anything you. talk to me like you would talk to anyone! I try to support but just can’t deal with rude people

The food and prices are okay. However, the men's bathroom clearly had not been cleaned, the soap dispenser was empty and several employees had been in and out just before me. That means they had no way of cleaning their hands before returning to work. This place cannot pass city health department inspection. I called the city soon after leaving the place.

Great food, fast and friendly service. Reachable by Amtrak, 75th st. Stop. By 75th east bus,( end of line). Bus line on exchange. Worth the trip, large portions to consume.. Can't say enough about my favorite restaurant. Might even see you there.

Order food from here two days in a row. The early bird special. Pretty good ..great price. Service? Umm it's ok. Wouldn't say it's the best but I also wouldn't say it's the worse. 4 starts cause it's the only breakfast spot in the "hood" that is making great quality food.
