My past visit was horrible. After waiting over 30 minutes for my brisket, it was beyond cold. My waitress told me it wouldn't be good if they warmed it up (confused me). I was then told, that was the last of it, did I want something else. I came there for brisket, nothing else sounded good. I did get credit for the brisket, but got charged for my salad and premium side. The waitress mentioned that the manager was busy, but she wanted to take the brisket off the bill. Big mistake, always take time to go to a table that had a problem with their food. I never expect anything for free, but to charge me $3.50 for my sides was extremely petty. We did have drinks and my girlfriend had her meal. The bill came to $40, with the brisket already deducted from the total. She loved her meal, that's the only reason I gave them 2 stars. Sorry for the long review, I think the way it was handled was absolutely horrible. One other thing, go early if you want brisket. I've been to this restaurant 4 times prior to this visit and they've been out of 3 of the 4 times. The times I was there, was between 7-8.

After seeing an advertisement billboard on the highway, we arrived at 6:45 p.m. on a Monday for dinner. The place was just less than half full. Several other tables came in about the same time. Everything seemed to take just a little too long, from getting seated, to taking & getting drinks, then food. Our waiter had a large, busy section, but dealt with it fairly well. Overall, we spent about an hour & 20 minutes here for food that was pretty good (not great), seemed fresh enough and large plates. Not sure I'd rate it any better than a Texas Roadhouse or that I'd want to hurry back again.

Food was very good but it took 2 hours from the time we arrived to get the food. Wait for table longer then told. Wait to order was about 20 minutes. Waitress checked on us often when we did not have food but never checked with us once food had been delivered. Was offered free donuts for wait which we declined since we were already there almost 3 hours.

We had sworn this place off a while back after an expensive bad experience, but decided to give it another shot last night. BAD IDEA! The waiter was pushy selling drinks and said inappropriate things (referenced bulimia at one point). We got our drinks fairly quick and put in our order for food. Over an hour later MOST of our warmish food comes out on very hot plates, had to ask for the rest (We heard another couple nearby ask about their hour wait as well). The food was OK. You could probably find a lot better at the local grocery deli and not have to pay near as much or wait near as long. We won’t be giving them a chance for strike 3.

Delicious!! Our server always made sure we had refills. Everyone at our table had their food prepared exactly the way they ordered it. I would recommend this restaurant any time.
