Went last Saturday w/husband, grandson, and daughter. Grandson,13, really wanted to play a game he had just learned. I was exhausted. A negative situation has been eating up my happiness. Up pops Ronald (not McDonald or Reagan, but just as memorable). He is the most positive antidote to negativity ever invented! He smilled sincerely and complimented everyone in our party. He anticipated our every need. Brought the most amazing soup out to set the tone for a delicious experience that was better than a week at a high-end-spa! We all had meals that we loved. My husband and I had the Mongolian Trio. It was phenomenal. Before we left, disaster hit. One of the game pieces fell into the booth’s built in seat. We tried to reach it, but it was GONE. Ronald came to the rescue and totally removed the seat, once again showing that his superpower is turning frowns upside down.
When I stopped by the front desk to thank them for this life-changing experience, the hostess showed her own superpower by noticing that we were about to go out into the rain and showing us a way into the mall that let us stay dry and on cloud 9.
Clearly, someone is doing something right in Metarie! Guess I’m going to have to commute from Florida for my best experience ever from now on.
