New management since our last visit. Like the updates to the dining area. Food still holds its great taste. Wait staff is younger but still outstanding service. Didn't like the hip hop music coming from the bar area. They lost a star for that reason only. Takes from the fine dining, elegance that they once had. Overall, great experience!

First off, I am totally appalled at the treatment that my family and I received from the manager, Don. Our server Shamika was great. We had a party of 21 people and our server did the best she could trying to get our drinks and appetizers out in a timely manner. She did not receive any help from the manager, Don at all. The party of 16 directly beside us not only had their server wait on them but also the bartender and Don, the manager himself. It was not until we received our entrees after being in the restaurant for an hour and 15 minutes did Don come over and ask how our dinner was going. When Don was told that there was a hair in our salad and 2 of the plates were dirty, Don just dismissed the concerns by giving no answers to our concerns or offering any assistance. When Don was asked why our party did not receive the same service as the party beside us, his answer was that company policy only allows one server per table. Don was then asked why did he serve that table himself if that is the policy to which he just stood silently and then walked away. Although the food was good I will never return here. Further training may be the next step for Don to improve his customer relations skills!

This place was so disgusting on the outside I didn’t wanna go in. My boyfriend and I went here for lunch and quickly turn around. There was a pile of trash and boxes in the back of the restaurant close to where we parked. Not to mention it smelled so bad and a rat crawled out of those boxes. I will never eat here!!!!! I posted pictures

We had a party of 10 on Sunday. The waitress tried her best, as she was overwhelmed by the amount of tables she was trying to handle. They need to hire more staff. It took a long time for our food to come. When our food finally came out, is was cold and not seasoned. This was a very bad experience.

I'm staying in the Ramada been here few times and saw the restaurant but never visited it. I've ordered the so called homemade lasagna and the 21 dollar crab cake. The first order all I heard was laughing and microwave doors slamming so I should have known...it was a good helping without a doubt but it was trash. 5 layers of just noodles on the bottom then a thick layer of discolored cottage cheese, 2 layers of noodles then a slice cheese thickness of some kind of meat 3 noodles layers for the top. Over the top of that was marinara sauce and some good a** fresh cheese so I basically ate the cheese with noodles. The crabcake was very lumped up without a doubt but the fact remains it's sitting in the fridge half eaten. Who ever runs the show back there should use better ingredients and not Mark up cheap food.
