Kyodai is an experience that everyone who enjoys sushi must partake in at least once. There's nothing quite like that instant gratification that you get from walking in the door, to being seated, to eating sushi in less than 30 seconds total. The food is generally of good quality, the staff are very friendly and have their art down to a science. The food is fairly priced, and it's a unique experience to top it off. Parking is easy in the garage that is next door, which you will not have to pay to park in if you get them to validate your ticket. There is also street parking down near the courts if you go after daytime business hours. Prices are determined by the color and pattern of the plates. The only things I could possibly grumble about are that if you go when it's not busy you will see the same rolls circling around the bar over and over again. You can order certain rolls if you want, otherwise you trade selection for convenience. The same few types of rolls are going around the belt at any time, suggesting that they don't really vary it up much. I'm sure that's just a wise business practice that reduces waste in the end. Go, go and enjoy yourself. You won't regret it.

Fun place to go for sushi. It is casual and festive. If you sit up at the rotating sushi bar, and you definitely should, you get to watch the chefs making the sushi. They put random plates of sushi on a little conveyor belt that runs along the bar. You see something that you want, you pull the plate off the conveyor and eat it. You can also order from the menu if you don't like to choose from whatever the chefs are making. They have other dishes on the menu so if noon-sushi eaters habe good options also. When you are done eating, a waiter comes and makes out your bill based on the empty plates you have stacked next to you. The banana tempura dessert is fantastic if you didn't get too full of sushi.

Some of the best, inexpensive sushi in the Baltimore area. All rotation plate are 4 peices, so if you don't like a new roll you're not out a lot of money.
