Went here today with a friend for lunch. We were seated immediately by a friendly host. Our waitress arrived at the table 25 minutes after we were seated, and seemingly only because I went back up to the host to ask if there was a waitress assigned to our table! We placed our order right away and the food didn't come out until 40 minutes later. At least it was warm and palatable. Won't be returning anytime soon, due to the slow service and the aloofness of the staff.

GROSS!!!! Waitress brought a just used not washed dirty coffee cup smelled like someones bad breath the only reason I took notice to how dirty the cup was because when I went to pick it up I felt food all over handle of cup. The more I looked at it before attempting to drink I saw mouth prints on the cup then I knew it wasn't cleaned at all. The utensils had food still on them enough that whoever wrapped the napkins around them clearly would have saw all the food still left on them and would not have wrapped them in napkins if they had cared. Our waitresses was no help she kept forgetting items like new utensils and our drinks . We sat with plates in front of us with utensils for 5 mins or more I had to call manager over for new utensils and new clean cup of coffee and while he was helping us other people where asking for his help with missing items they needed . He was helpful. He needs to fire some crew members and rethink that store before he's out of a job ! Having a clean sanitized environment in a restaurant is a big deal!! I would rather have a mean Waitress waiting on me before I had food served on dirty dishes! GROSS!!!!!!
