This is the pizza I've ever had in the arbutus area, and probably top 3 out of anywhere I've been. Their subs are great as well. They also sell beer on tap which is always awesome and their staff is always polite. All in all its a great place, you won't be disappointed at all.

Been eating here my whole life. The food is always great and the pizza is always too notch. The decor has had a much needed over haul and it looks more modern, which is nice. The staff is friendly and some have been there over 30 years...which tells you something. Great food, prices and overall experience.

Customer service was horrific . Ordered my food online , went to pick it up. Stood and line and waited. Heavy set lady at the counter was rude , no greeting. Just asked for my name , when I proceeded to tell her my name and order she began talking over me. Has me sign receipt. Someone brings my food over and she didn’t even let me know if it was mine or the gentleman next to me. I had to ask . She says yea, no good bye or here’s your food enjoy. Nothing. Not saying this place customer service is bad as a whole but take into consideration to train employees better customer service skills. The pizza was really good though. The wings a little hard. Would definitely return just for the pizza.

This is a family friendly place. The food was good, and prices are pretty fairly priced. It's a small town feel kind of place. It was a good choice after the going to the movies! A bit outdated in design but then again it fits this small town. Overall not bad, I will be back. We ordered mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, french fries, jumbo fried shrimp and BLT. *Our least favorite was the BLT. It was lacking in the amount of bacon and flavor. *Their ice for their drinks was slush ice, it was great!

Dining in is your best bet with this place. We've ordered out twice, and both times had terrible experiences. They have a beautiful website, so you would think they could handle online orders, but they can't. We had to wait an extra 40 minutes for our food because they "didn't receive" our online order. Yet, somehow, they had already taken the online payment from our bank account. We had to show them our bank account in order for them to honor this. When we finally left with our order, we realized they had forgotten to give us our fries and onion rings! (Good thing we checked before driving home!) We had to wait even longer for them to make those as well. If they could have refunded us, we would have left from the beginning, but they couldn't locate our order, and therefore had no way to get our money back. The food is okay if you want run-of-the-mill subs and pizza. Unfortunately, we're crossing yet another Arbutus restaurant off of our list. Save you time and money by going somewhere better organized and managed. (The one star is for the decent pizza and cheap beer on tap while we waited!)
