This place has been going downhill! This isn’t my first encounter of bad service but you give places benefit of the doubt because they could have bad days. Today I ordered a steak omelette! I get to work start to eat and notice they put for me ground beef! The taste was disgusting! I called the restaurant back to let them know and they try to argue with me on the phone that no it’s steak but it’s cut differently. I mean this is ridiculous! If you didn’t have steak just tell me I would rather get something else rather than you making the choice for me to replace my food and charge me for something I didn’t order! Never again!!!!!!! Food and service in this place is just a mess! I would not recommend! A respond to your reply: IT WAS NO STEAK!!!! It was ground beef!!!!! If you didn’t have it then you could’ve easily told me sorry is there something else you would like! I wish I could post the picture for people to see what you consider as steak! It was ground beef and what gets you is instead of them admitting the mistake they argue with you about it. It’s like service and customers don’t matter!!!!!!

Great service and fresh food. It's my first time at a Rams horn restaurant and I was greeted with a friendly smile. My waiter was Ali a young man with glasses also their manager was Very nice he checked on us many times. We're going back for sure

The place has a nice atmosphere and looks great. Food on the other hand is ok, but the steaks we ordered were medium rare and got well done. Very chewy and hard to eat. Our waitress was a tiny young girl who didn't understand that she needs to pay attention to the customers instead of being on her phone in the front. My drink had been empty for a while and had to flag her down despite being the only ones in the restaurant. Probably won't be going back anytime soon.

Been coming here for years service is horrible there always forgetting stuff on carry out. And then I come to get a salad with my food they’re out of yellow cheddar cheese this place has been going downhill for years, HORRIBLE I wish they served there Arabic menu at night or 24/7. Waitress is clueless.

Service was poor. Good food but our waitress had little attention to detail with our order and bringing the food and drinks in good order. We ordered tea and both cups were served with decaf and neither party requested decaf however both requested a side of lemon and none was brought out. My soup came with a spoon that was not clean. There was food stuck to the spoon. I asked for a new soup spoon and it was never replaced. We had to remind her to bring the coffee and the milk that was ordered with the meal. I asked to sub my fries for sweet potatoe fries and my order came to the table with regular fries. I could go on but I won't and I have no plans on returning because the dinning experience is very important to me.
