I feel the Cardinal offers something for everyone. They have good beer on tap, and good food. They host trivia and have pool tables. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Whether it's a family dinner, trivia night with friends, or a late night get together with the boys you won't be disappointed.

Always awesome. I live downtown Minneapolis and frequently light rail to the MOA. The Cardinal is a small place with big heart. There are always regulars there but first and some timers are always welcome with open arms. This is a just try place. I am excited to visit for taco Tuesday!

Local bar. Not quite dive quality. Subpar food. I can cross it off my list of places to go back. *In response to Cardinal Bar* Jalapeno poppers and the deep fried mushrooms both came out of a food service box. Wipe the ice crystals off them and throw them in the deep fryer. Not terrible, but a step above. The burger was flavorless. Throw some salt and pepper on there. The food wasn't bad, but it was not memorable either. Makes it hard to come back when there is so many choices out there.

I like this place a lot. The drinks are well priced and the chicken fingers and fries are perfect. I initially went there because it has pool tables and darts. The staff has always been friendly.

Good burgers, great service! Parking can be a problem if their small lot is full due to restricted street parking..due to light rail being right there.
