Please don't look me straight in the eye and tell me that the fries are hot out the oil, so be careful. When they are old fries. Also, the buns are always burnt. I am just over here giving this place too many chances. This is the last.

The employees here are nice but the food service part of this location is consistently terrible. They are regularly out of items, second lane out of service. Hamburgers seem like they’ve been sitting out for a while, hard cheese (that’s an indication of old isn’t it?). At breakfast they can’t seem to keep their business together. I’ve left several times over the last year because they told me their production lines are down, they don’t have certain breakfast ingredients, short staff, computer systems are down or whatever. Starting today, I won’t ever return to this location.

Overall this McDonald's was okay. Steady slow stream of customers. I advised them the Tea container was empty. I was told he would get it taken care of right away. 65 minutes later it was still empty. They have a play area but we did not go into it.

Doesn't matter what time I stop by here, I am always greeted by a happy worker!! Unfortunately, that wasn't the case at 5:30 this morning! I sat in the drive thru lane for at least 5 minutes but nobody answered the beeps,so I drove slowly up to the open window to see if any employees where around... The manager and one employee (which) had the headset on but down around his neck sitting in the lobby talking. When they realized I was sitting at their drive thru window, the employee said "we can only do drinks & hash browns until our morning crew comes in!" Both manager and employee needs to be crossed trained or find someone who can handle the job better. They had lost some business in this time frame, I wasn't the only one being ignored in the drive-thru. At my location, we don't ignore the customers! Even when I am short on employees, we still make an effort to answer our headset.
