They were little bit faster this time around... didn't lead me waiting for 15 minutes giving em 2 stars Once they react within 1 second.. I'll give 'em 4 ☆'s I will see how fresh and how good the meal tastes... I have to sit past the window because it's not ready.. Find that they didn't look too busy yet the meal wasn't ready when I pulled up.. Not sure for hours changed I was out here on a week day I think it was last Friday and they closed up at 9

When I walked in, there were 4 people at tables and two waiting for to go orders at the counter. I waited several minutes for anyone to come to the counter and take my order. I then waited more than 10 minutes, and I'm still waiting for my food. There doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency with the employees. Food finally done at the 15 min mark. Food was ok. Fries are cold. On the bright side, the employee did thank me for my patience when he delivered my food.

Every time we order they mess it up! I don't eat cheese but I order items that don't have cheese my sausage egg biscuit magically ends up with cheese on it. Our most recent visit I ordered cinnamon raisin biscuits. We waited 15 minutes they had everyone on a Saturday morning parking to wait for their food. when we get home my breakfast was smashed in its box it squished out in the bag. I think we are calling it quits on this location. what a shame!

I give this place a zero. 5 of us came in for a late lunch and we all ordered on the same order and it took 20 minutes just to get us our food. Oh and by the way everything was cold and my bread was stale. What really made me mad was there were only 2 guys behind the counter and 7 other employees in the dinning room having a powow. 2 more people could of got up to help them out. Wont be back here again. By the way i had to give them a star just to post this. Not deserved at all

No words can really describe what happened here. Floors were messy, order was wrong, we were the only people there yet the kid kept telling me how busy they were and how overwhelmed he was. He looked filthy and though very nice, not sure what busy is outside of sitting around complaining about it?
