We placed our order, got our drinks, and sat at a table to wait for our food. After 20 minutes, my wife noticed every other table was sitting with drinks, but no food. The counter continued to take orders, and people just piled up, with not a single order coming out. After 40 minutes, someone who had been waiting over an hour complained, got chewed out by the manager (but eventually got a refund), and left. Several people started doing the same over the next 20 minutes, each one getting an explanation from the manager that the reason they couldn’t get our food was because he was too busy dealing with angry customers. The drive through continued to move along with only a 10-minute wait, so one customer asked if she would get her order if she took her car through it. Another customer finally got her order after about a 1 1/2 hour wait, sent her daughter out to the car with the food, and let the manager have it (well-deserved at this point). He told her not to yell at him because it wasn’t his fault and tried to avoid giving her a phone number where she could complain to a live person. I have honestly never seen a more patient group of people as these customers waiting for their food. If the manager or staff had simply explained up front that they were having whatever problems they were and there would be an extended wait, I can understand. Or if they accepted responsibility and apologized. Maybe offer discounts or refunds without excuses. Absolutely nothing was offered but ignoring customers, providing poor excuses, and blaming us for their delays. I will never return to this location.

Love the food, its the service thats slow. Make sure you check order before you leave. Mess ups happen but they make it right in the end.

Was not very impressed with their drive-thru service. They always seem like it's a burden when I stop by to grab a few things from the KFC side of the menu. I wish there was a different one that was just as close to my home... I do not recommend due to their service and food quality portions

This is by FAR the worst managed restaurant ever. EVER. Do not come here, unless you want to wait 45 minutes for cold food.
