We stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Father in law was in town visiting. We ordered the chicken noodle soup and New York Style Cheesecake. The soup was thick and full of flavor but not overpowering. When our cheesecake arrived, our expectations continued to be exceeded. The crust was crisp, flavorful, and chewy. Overall the food had a great consistency and very little oil. The staff was friendly, courteous, quick service, and knowledgeable. By the end of the meal we were leaving satisfied and happy.

It wasn't a bad experience. The food was what you'd expect from a breakfast place. Service was okay, some people were training so I can't say much about that. I had bacon, eggs, chicken fried steak, hash browns and a strawberry crepe. None of it was bad. It's not a bad option if you're looking for breakfast and don't know where to go. It's a safe bet. But it wasn't the best breakfast I have ever had. It's okay.

The front of house was dirty with several unbussed tables, and the service was very poor. When we finally got our food, the order was wrong, and we had to ask for napkins 3 times before the server brought any. The manager also didn’t prioritize customer satisfaction and didn’t go to any great lengths to correct our order; he did compensate our meal however. Overall, there was no sense of urgency or of caring about customer satisfaction. We will not be going back to this location.

Me and my friends had a good visit to this location. The service was great, and promptly. I ordered a stack of pancakes and they were awesome. Super good. Nothing gourmet by any means, but worth the money. Also free pie on Wednesdays 🍰.

The food is good. I call in orders a lot. The staff is generally nice, but there is one guy that answers the phone sometimes, who is rude and short. He refuses to do substitutions, saying they don't do it, not knowing I call in orders and make substitutions every week. He also always asks (rudely) if the caller knows which location they are calling. We love Village Inn, but we always get sad when he answers. Five stars if he didn't answer the phone.
