Such a bizarre place. I feel the place would fall down any minute. Coming to food, I ordered veggies in spicy Korean sauce and it's flavor less and not authentic. There is a strange smell at the dining area although I am not sure if it is from the food or the place itself. The plates, cups, glasses are all worn-out and have a stinking smell. Lunch options are economical though. I would never go back to this place.

I truly wish more people knew about this place, while simultaneously hoping it stays a secret. I've never been disappointed here and eating in definitely delivers an additional layer of experience. It may be Americanized Asian food, but it's so good. Tons of flavor. Family friendly atmosphere and $1.88 CRAFT/IMPORT beer. Every. Day.

I love this Omaha chain. As a vegetarian, I greatly appreciate all of the options. The eggplant curry and muckduck dish are awesome.

The food is so good, but for these disappointments. How are these called "crispy egg rolls??" They're uncooked. Thought it was a mistake the first time. If you can't make vegan crispy egg rolls then don't advertise it. Does rice paper not hold up in a fryer like egg wraps?

I'm from out of town (Des Moines) and consider myself a pretty big Chinese fan. I like to try lots of different restaurants to see who's better; I don't think all Chinese food is equal. Some places are most certainly better than others. Here on a business trip, I wanted to find the best Chinese Omaha had to offer. If the (74) 4.5 stars is the indicator of the best, then I'm sorry Omaha but your Chinese sucks. I ordered from crystal jade last night. I got the empress delight chicken. It's a little more expensive than the typical chicken fare but I usually like empress flavor. My first red flag when ordering was that crystal jade offered more than Chinese; Thai, gluten free, Vietnamese, Indian, Chinese, etc were all on the menu. How can you be good at one type of food when you're offering to make 5-6 different ethnicities? Answer: you can't. The order arrived fast enough, using some kind of skip the forks service that seemed like uber for delivery. The chicken was downright soggy. There was so much deep fried bredding that my chicken looked like a funnel cake. Chicken doesn't come in donut shapes typically. This did. One of the easiest ways to judge Chinese food quality is by the breaded chicken. If the bredding is crisp and minimal, with cuts of chicken that aren't gristly and are substantial - well you've got good chicken. This was the exact opposite of that. Skip this place and find one with a smaller menu. Or just don't get Chinese in Omaha. The majority of people love crappy food apparently.
