I brought my kids here and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. Some of the other locations in the area look a bit run down. This was clean and Leanne, our waitress, was very nice. The buffet pizza was fresh and delicious. Glad we gave this location a visit!

I didn't get her name but who ever served us was very rude. We came in to ask about an online offer which said $4.99 buffet with the purchase of a drink. She didn't let us finish talking and continued repeating no, louder and slower each time. We decided to stay regardless of the price because we were hungry and already there. She again gave us attitude when we asked what drinks they had. Since there was very few (and cold) slices out, we asked when a new batch would be put out. Again, she responds with attitude that they were already in the oven, as if we knew better than to ask. At that point I knew I wouldn't recommend going here or return myself. The pizza was soggy when it came out and customer service was terrible.

My daughter comes here to redeem her free personal pizza for reading books! We always come in and order and wait for it to come out. We have never had a problem and the staff were friendly.

Horrible customer service, pizza never came, had to cancel my order, total waste of time and money. After like 2 hours when I called them to ask where my order was the guy told me “we were already there” over and over again and that “we tried calling repeatedly” when no one ever came to my house and I never got a call. And that was the general manager I was on the phone with. Wish I could give no stars, don’t bother with this place!
