Had a nice time here with reservations for a fairly large party (8). Had the standard pizza and wings. Glad we had the personal pizza as it gets crisper around the edges than a full-size pizza. The wings (medium) were great as well. Next time will get hot or whatever is the next step up. I don't know which Santora's are tied together but this one was close to the same food served at the one on Transit (near Sheridan) but I think the prices were lower at this location. Not sure if that's accurate or not but something to keep in mind.

So my daughter is heading to school at UB. I'm staying at the double tree 100 yards from the restaurant. I read other reviews, look at the menu, and I'm sold. My experience was friendly greeting right away, sat at bar, customer to my left made a bit more room for me, bartender asked what Is like within 60 seconds of my sitting down. They had extensive draft selection, I ended up enjoying a porter from Sculpin and another from Wood Cock Brothers, both winners. My salad came out extremely fast and made me feel good about the Everything pizza I was about to eat. That was a winner, toppings a-plenty, particularly liked the hot marinated peppers. Service was great, food excellent. People that say otherwise are silly or just mean. Can't wait to bring my daughter for move in day and enjoy Santora's again.

I think my bad experience started with the front guy telling me 10 maybe 15 mins for a seat, when in reality it to 35-40. Then when we got seated there was plenty of empty tables in the area we were sitting. To add to this, I thought our server was very poor in multi tasking, she said she’d bring us something and would bring another table a single drink, then our single item. Another example would be our check, brought the table next to ours quickly with nothing else in her hand, 5-10mins later we got ours. When I went to the restroom the table just outside, the gentleman were chirping people including myself telling them and myself included when we found a waiter or waitress to tell them that they were still sitting there. Wings were good, but the service alone would make me think twice about going back. And from some of the other reviews seems to be a growing trend.... I don’t want to be at dinner for an hour or more just to be seated and get food! The I would of made this a 1 Star has the wings not been good.

My meal was disappointing. Tator tots with cheese sauce, plan. Dried up rice pilaf, tiny portion. Shrimp was not cooked completely. The only item that was good was the Mexican chicken thing.

Great little bar, near a hotel. Good food and drink selection. Staff was friendly and the prices were right.
