They are fantastic. They cook my stuff perfect for me because i like things very well done...even my fries. They have no problem cooking things extra. Very friendly.

I think McDonalds has great fries. And nobody can duplicate the special sauce. So the Big Mack is spot on!

The McDonald's on William and jefferson is the worst in buffalo. The staff is rude they couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it. I used to go there almost everyday for ice coffee lite ice. Almost every time I'd have to tell them either the cup was wrong size or there was to much ice. How smart do you have to be to fix a cup coffee? It's so irritating. I no longer go there even though it's a block from my house. I'd rather drive a cpl miles and go to Tim hortons then keep giving away my money. Horrible service

It was all good till I took the Apple pie out of the box. OMG the filling was black and the date was from the day before. I took it back to the counter and she looked at it and was horrified, then told the manager and she said it was dated wrong. So the nice lady at the counter gave me another and this one had the current date on it and the filling looked fine. But still the manager was saying the first one was good. I don't know what she was thinking. They messed up and the manager Did not want to say sorry. Bad magengemt at this place.
