Food was good but portions were small. There was no list of available side dishes anywhere. I've gotten better service in a military chow line.

Food is very good. The mac and cheese is too salty for my taste, but everything else was very flavorful. The staff is very professional and clean. The food presentation was standard for Boston Market. Comfortable and convenient location. Enjoy!!!!!

I placed a online order at noon for a 5pm pickup on Easter Sunday. I arrived to the store a hour before my pick up time. I had called and spoke w manager UK she confirmed my order would be ready. Long story short the registers FROZE....so my order was in limbo. She told a cashier to re-ring my order but it was at a HIGHER price. I said NO...My order is ALL READY PAID FOR...UK disappears to the back on hold w tech support I guess. Finally after 35 minutes of my life that I will NEVER get back a tall nice guy gave me my LUKEWARM order. Worst Easter dinner EVER...I will not be using this location ever again.

I frequent this location a couple of times a week for dinner before my evening class. The food is fine, but the staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are very friendly and greet you right away - once i had to remind a MANAGER that its a better show of customer service when you let a waiting customer know that youll be right with them rather than avoiding eye contact until its their turn. There's ample seating and you have to get a code from the cashier in order to use the bathroom (it never has toilet paper, be warned). Ive had more mediocre experiences that stellar ones at BosMar, hence the 3 star rating.

Assist in awareness of my surroundings, even though at times there are things I don"t want to be aware of, know what I mean😳😔😛
