The food is good but the girl at the front desk can't take a proper order, she needs to go back to school or do some home tutoring because she do not know the difference between pick up and delivery. The delivery service are very poor, I waited two hours and twenty minutes for delivery. when I call they told me oh I'm sorry your food is here to pick up this is my last order from these unreliable restaurant staff.

I am a customer for a few years now. There was a young lady who used to take the orders. Her name is Roshini. She was great at her job. Since she left, I have been having a few problems with my orders. Some being that they did not take down the right order. When I call in to order, I would be waiting on the phone for a very long time before they take the order. Today I placed an order for 5 orders. I could not believe how it was given to me. All five were in one bag, like they are saving in on the bags. It was too heavy to carry and so I asked for another bag. The girl just handed me the bag without even asking if she can help, like here, do it yourself, leaving me to divide the food myself. I was told that I have to request for them to separate the food. Oh my. I would have thought that they would use their brains and realize that the one bag was too much for 5 orders. The two women just kept watching me even though I mentioned several times that their service sucks. I suppose that this was not part of their job description. Why does it take two of them to sit taking orders. Roshini used to do it alone without all this mess. Every time I eat in, I have to wait very long to be served. Will never eat in again.. The waitresses talk too much instead of working. The waitresses would disappear for long periods of time. I used to like to get my food here. But now I will start going to another restaurant.

This place is definitely nostalgic, Caribbean vibes as soon as you walk. The food we had was pretty good but I felt like it missed something, something that I love in Caribbean cooking wasn't there. The duck curry was delicious but the fried rice was just good, not great.

Waitress was rude, very poor service and the food was not worth it at all! The food is not as good as it was before and the service never improved from the first time I went to Hibiscus until now. Safe to say I won't be coming here again.
