The food is okay. I'm not sure why the place is always busy, I guess others find it better than I do. It could also be it's longevity. The customer service for take out is bad. The wait is typically very long even when you call in your order and the worst part, even for take out, you cannot use your card unless it's $20. That's insane! I can use my card at my local Chinese restaurant on a $6 order.

The service was very slow. I ordered "Sopa de Pollo" with Tostones & it took close to 40 minutes to come out. They must have killed a chicken to prepare the soap? The Tostones were good but cooked with vegetable oil or lard. Not my preference. The sopa was mostly liquid with a few potatoes, a few carrots, 2 small pieces of chicken, and a bone. When I gave my card to pay, I was told I needed to spend $20.00 minimum to use my card! I asked for a sign that stated this & was shown a small, practically invisible sign around 50 yards away. I recommend the local Deli and Subway before this overpriced and deceptive business. In the Dominican Republic one is served with much more respect and consideration. This place should be closed down and reported for fraud!

Went there a few times the food is always amazing except the Deluxe Hamburger nothing deluxe about it. The yellow rice with beans is so good also the steaks and chicken best Spanish food I think I ever had. I believe every time I went to the restaurant the Spanish girls who work there dont seem like they care or pay much attention not good customer service. Also they do not deliver so one day i ordered some food i went to pick it up I got back home and they messed up the order. I called them back to tell them she claimed that was my order and it wasn't messed up she then hang up the phone on me. I called her back and asked why did you hang up her response was that I was finished talking. The food is great the women who work in the front taking orders are really disgusting you will see it when and if you go. If they work on customer service this place would be outstanding.
