I could eat these empanadas for eternity. simply the best! only feedback I have is that they never have the potato filled ball :( 6 times I've gone and they are always out

Way more options than I originally anticipated! Never a bad thing! Great fresh food and great for the soul! Don't forget to grab yourself a bit of hot sauce.

The empanadas where pretty good, maybe not worth waiting an hour in line for though. The employee on the truck was friendly and accommodated every one, but he definitely needed someone else there to help him. If you're going to send a food truck to 2 office buildings full of people for lunch hour maybe make sure you have more than one person working in the truck so the waits aren't ridiculously long.

The empanadas were okay. The pulled pork and chorizo empanada were hard. Sadly the one with more flavor and not hard was the cheese empanada

The staff is very polite a pleasure to deal with but that's where it ends. This use to be the to go place for awesome empanadas but as of late they've fallen off. Their pulled pork filling lately has been dry and the outside over fried. The guava and cheese empanada seems to have very little in the way of filling. I think I'll stay away for a while hopefully they'll improve. I'll go back to getting mine in Perth Amboy at the local bodegas . They might be smaller but they cost less and are better made.
