Authentic Mexican food that is well done. Good, attentive, friendly staff. Fresh guacamole is highly recommended. From drinks to desert this place is recommended. Be warned it is rather tight in the dining area and there could be a wait but it has been worth it each time I have dined there. Would get 5 stars if it was less crowded.

The atomsphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly. No menus for kids, just be aware. The prices are well proceed for quality of food. We ordered Bean nacho appetizer and sweet plantains. Both were very tasty. We also had the skirt steak and chicken quesadilla. Both of these were good with the exception of the skirt steak. It was cooked exactly as I asked, it was just bland. When I say bland I mean no spices, salt, nor pepper. The staff was also very slow to take our order around 15-20 minutes before we ordered.

The guacamole was pretty expensive, not sure that was worth the price...i think around $17! Then I had the chicken tortilla soup, it was warm, not hot. My daughter wanted to try it and ended up spilling some on her lap. I was disappointed in the service when this happened, they did very little to assist. Threw some napkins on the table, that's it. Didn't ask if she was ok, left the napkins on the table, never asked if I'd like a new bowl even though a large amount spilled. The food was good, tasty though. I had seared tuna tacos, seasoned and cooked perfectly rare. My son had the paella, and it was good, but not great. Burrito bowls were chock full of good stuff. If go again if i was in the area, but I wouldn't drive out of the way to go.

Best Mexican food on Staten Island? I think so and I'm sure you'll agree. The standard menu fare is excellent, but don't ignore the specials - there's always something worth trying. Add to that a nice selection of cocktails and a friendly, attentive staff and you have the makings of a very pleasant dining experience.

The atmosphere was cool. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The only thing i didnt like was the jalapeno drink but the food was ok
