I live down the street (5miles) from this location. I called them as I was leaving home so i could order take out. They put me on hold and never came back to take my order. I got in line at the location while still on hold. I wanted to see if they'd answer before I was able to order in person. I was able to order in person before anyone even reached for the phone. Bypass this location. Don't give them your business. It's faster to drive there and order than it is to call them. That's insane.

Food great! Cooks great! This place is getting worse by the week as far as the other customer service. Doesn't seem like the workers want to be there. Ladies bathroom door has been screwed up for over 4 months now. Management has definitely changed hands recently, has gotten worse........

Food: 4 Service: 3 Prices: $$ Menu Selection: 5 My Order: Veggie Fried Rice I love this place! I came here years ago and did not enjoy it. This time they have a new and SUPER IMPROVED MENU. I enjoyed my time here at Pei Wei. The first time I dinned in on a Sunday. The food was SUPER Delish! The second time, it wasn't as busy, there was a different cook and the food wasn't as good; however, it was still great! I love the veggie fried rice. I haven't tried anything else yet. I am happy to see that each option has a veggie option. Make sure you sign up for their rewards. They send you coupons all the time so you can each their cheaper. If not, a plate with meat will cost you about $10 ($7.99 base price). If you want fried rice, it's $2 more. Want some sauce on the side? $1 more. So you can see how this can add up. Try Pei Wei - a sister restaurant and a step under PF Changs.

We went last night and the place was a MESS. There was food all over the floor, tables full of plates. The drink area was covered in dust and dirty. One couple didn't like their food and left when we arrived. Nearly an hour later when we left their food was still on the table. The manager didn't seem to care or be able to manage her crew. It looked like there was a guy there for an interview. He was sitting by himself from the moment we got there until we left and no one said a word to him. The food took forever. The chicken was undercooked. The couple next to us order was wrong. I don't know what happened to this location, every other Pei Wei is clean and delicious.

I like the food here because the options are healthier than mainstream fast-food places. The service here can get bad. Been there several times and probably had 2 decent experiences. Other times, my name wasn't called out when my order was ready after waiting for almost 30 minutes. The wait time itself is usually kinda long especially during meal times regardless if it's sit down or takeout. I come back for the food, not the service.
