It was great. The server was just awesome. She didn't bother us too much, but also was very aware of us as guest. We went during the lunch rush and still felt like we were in our own atmosphere. Great clean environment with good food.

Staff was very nice. We called ahead to notify them of our party of 10. We were told 45 min. AWESOME! So when we get there, we're told it'll be another 45 min....HUH?? But, we're easy, so we relax and start chatting. Staff keeps us informed. Food was good, no complaints. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the "Old-fashioned" I ordered!! I would definitely recommend the Greensboro, NC location. We've always had a pleasant experience.

The waiter kept forgetting things like the discard bowl and the tool to cracking open the crab legs. It was obvious that I needed more tea since my glass was empty. I asked for more tea ,and he brings it and it's warm , with no ice. I had to ask for ice. He sat my salads down but we had no forks ,knives or napkins. When we got the food, it was almost cold. For the prices that were charged, you think the restaurant should do a better job.

Food and service was great! I would give it 5 stars but I can in with my wife and there were two couples in front of us. They sat one couple and another couple came in and sat. The second couple in front of us got their seat. We were next they called the couple that came after is. No reservation or call ahead I asked why they got the seats we rightfully should have gotten. They looked back at the chart and they realized they messed up. Strangely enough within 20 seconds he had a new seat come open. I didn't like that. We waited out turn and got passed by. I didn't like that at all!
