I have visited this restaurant for many years. Some plates I love but some are not that good. The garlic bread is fantastic, just that is worth the visit. The pasta dishes are good but I never liked the pizza and some meat dishes. The fried calamari us very good too. Other positive points, Mrs Rosa, the owner, greets customers often. They customized your plates.

A most forgettable restaurant set in the midst of a busy shopping commercial area of Greensboro with plenty of choices all around. The food was quite mediocre. It all looks good, but the taste is just so-so. I had the Chicken and Spinach filled Ravioli that came with a side salad. Service was alright. The place looked a bit dull and lifeless. Perhaps it was because I was there for dinner right at 5:00 when it was not busy yet. But overall, you wont miss much if you dont try the Villa Rosa.

If you are looking for authentic Italian or flavorful food, I would not suggest eating here. The atmosphere is nice but that was about it. I spent $25 on just myself. I got the chicken alfredo which came with a salad and garlic bread. I also ordered a Cannock. The chicken alfredo- tasted like fettuccini with plain cream on it. It had absolutely no flavor at all. I took it home and tried to give it some flavor but it was still horrible. The chicken on it was very overcooked and bland. This was by far the worst alfredo I have ever ordered. The salad I got blue cheese. There was no actual blue cheese in the dressing, it was bland and very runny. The cannoli- so disappointed and this is one of my favorite deserts. It had hardly any chocolate chips in it and the cream I will give them the benefit of a doubt that it was homemade whipped cream but honestly tasted like ready whip from a can which is not the filling that goes in a cannoli. The only thing that was good was the garlic bread. I was really hoping to find a nice Italian restaurant but this completely missed the mark and was a waste of my money.

A very nice place. We met friends there and had a great meal. The young folks serving us were pleasant and helpful.

Great food. Great service. My favorite Italian restaurant in the Triad. Maybe in the world !
