It was a good visit. Food was delivered fast and tasted good. We liked the Smash fries. It was well seasoned . The place looked clean.

Food good and fast. Which make me wonder how fresh it really is. I hate rotated burgers(cook and put to the side). Restaurant need a good cleaning or a redo. It was slow and staff could have been cleaning and making sure condiments were full. First time here and I ask for help and Kenya was not much help and sad... I almost got depressed just having her wait on me.

What happened here?! This place used to be great. Whatever was changed within the last 3 or 4 months, put it back! Each visit has been progressively worse than the last. Food missing or not right. Milkshakes that we're literally 1/3 whipped cream to hide that it was skimped on. And tonight... No fries at all with the order and had to go back! (Yes, fries were ordered) Dont get me started on the ever declining customer service here either... Sad really. Will not be returning...

I've been to this Smashburger a few times. Each time becomes more underwhelming than the last. 3 stars only because of past experiences that were better. Most recently the burgers we're bland, sweet tea had no sugar, and the fries weren't the best. I've had McDonald's burgers that were better. Might be just this time but as I've said it continues to go down hill each time. I'll consider Burger 21 or Only Burger in the future.

Came here after remembering a Smashburger I ate at back in Los Ángeles. Ordered the truffle mushroom swiss and my fiancé ordered the bacon avocado club. We got the smash fries, which were very good. The burgers were delicious and we also got an Oreo shake and they brought the excess to us. We will definitely be back. I’m surprised at the reviews complaining about the thin patties. That’s the definition of a smashed burger!
