I come here fairly often, the food is usually great (every restaurant isn't perfect 100% of the time). The inside dining is fine. There is one middle eastern woman that works at the cash register often and she is SO nice and pleasant every single time. She always brings a smile to my face. I can't say the same for the drive thru. They constantly get my order wrong. Sometimes it's giving me fries instead of Mac and cheese or mashed potatoes, but it's usually forgetting the dipping sauce. What am I supposed to dip my chicken tenders in? All it takes is a quick glance in the box, yet they forget 75% of the time. Also depending on who you get at the window some of them are pretty rude.

This Bojangles is always on point even in its busiest moments! Employees are always on the ball, food is always fresh, even if the place is packed in and out time is quick.

It was a little hard to see. Especially at night. They should definitely get better signs and lighting. The service was great and quick. All of my food was fresh and hot. Portions were excellent. They accidentally gave me a wing instead of a leg, but they quickly and kindly corrected this for me. I will definitely be back if I am on that side of town again

Vegetarians shouldn't eat at chicken places, but the all day breakfast - just an egg and cheese biscuit and some bo rounds should sate most anyone. The location is new, and has been shockingly crowded half the times I've gone. But it's pristine, and the employees are efficient managing the crowds.

I just had the most horrible experience that I contacted the Cary PD non emergency tel number. I usually like to go into the men's bathroom to wash my hands before I order. I took the opportunity to go to the toilet, do a number one before I wash. While I was peeing, I kept smelling human feces, I turns out since the floors in there and dark brown, I happened to step on the swiped semi-dry feces. My stomach turned, I reported the issue to the cashier who almost lost her lunch too. The manager there, I think his name is Mike didn't even turn to talk to me so I could report it to him face to face. I was so disgusted, I just left the place, I will never go back!! Eat there at your own risk folks!! I removed my shoes outside my place when I came home as to not try to contaminate my carpet, washed my shoes right away with bleach!!
