Damn that was good! Got the BBQ pulled pork shoulder meal which comes with fries and a sweet coleslaw and it was incredible. Tabby homemade BBQ sauce, solid fries and a perfectly sweet coleslaw. The best BBQ I’ve had in a long time. Stop by Matt Shiffler Photography gallery in Collinwood anytime man. You have a new fan and customer!

The people need to know: Holland’s BBQ has the best ribs around. You’re gonna wish you ordered a full rack. The downside is I used 5 napkins. The sauce was perfect and the ribs were tender.

Mark Loves the ribs there. I got the chicken wind dinner, the portions are large and the food is tasty.

While the food is great, they have a habit of not opening when they're supposed to open in my experience, and while it's not super late, when you only have 20 minutes to eat and you find the place still closed it's a bit annoying. Otherwise, I believe he makes his own BBQ Sauce and it's AMAZING. I always get a big order of fries covered in the stuff. For the polish boys, the Sausage is grilled to perfection, the bun is toasted nicely, and it's covered in his excellent fries and BBQ Sauce. Honestly, great place, and the man who runs it is always pretty nice. If you go here, order a Polish Boy and a small order of Fries. You will NOT regret it.

I drove from Parma ON A FRIENDS reconmadation. Well they don't have to worry about me coming back there. Mr.Holland was nice And friendly he gave me a sample of their ribs, I was ok. But when I got my order.. boy did things change. They give you plenty of fries. I ordered the 2 bones and 3 wing combo. The food tasted like lighter fluid. It turned my stomach. And all the other places. I've been to the price is $8.50. Never have I paid so much for a tasteless meal. Sorry but I will never go back there again. I gave it 2 stars.
