Haven't been in years because of service and quality of the food. Read an article recently about how they were changing things and I got a gift card for Christmas so I figured why not. WOW! Such an improvement I am blown away. My server, Alyssa K, was fabulous. Very nice, and prompt. Also continued to update us on the atatus of our food or drinks. My Bourbon St Steak was phenomenal. Seriously phenomenal. I savored every bite as if it was a $100 steak. Top notch improvement to everything and I'll be back often.

Great experience. Went as a couple and were seated in less than a minute and had water in less than 5. Very quick service all around. We had the 2 for $25 deal and the food was great. Our waitress made sure we never finished off our glasses, and was able to easily explain the system they use at the table to pay. Fantastic food and excellent experience. Would definitely go again.

We arrived around 6 pm, was greeted by Payton, with a big smile. After talking our drink order, we looked at the menu and decided what we wanted. Payton explained a couple of items on the menu. Our order came out , hot, tasted good and a generous portion. Tasted great, we ate everything off of our plates. We will definitely go back. If you go, ask for Payton. The only thing I found that needed improvement and a upgrade was the restroom.

This location had been massively busy on a Sunday and were short handed. The service and the good was excellent. We had the best, most friendly and alert server of any I have had. In less than 3 weeks I have been Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona and never had a better server.

The food is always good here. However, the last time I went to this location the African American bar tender or server would not leave me alone! I work out a lot and its obvious and that's all he could talk about! I keep up on my physique but I don't want to talk about it constantly. Also, when I dine out its a real treat for me because I am so strict about what I eat most of the time! He said he recognized from one other visit. I had never seen him before. I am single but I AM NOT dating or wanting to date. This guy would not leave me alone and let me eat. He actually followed me out of the restaurant and asked for my number! I wont be back because of him! I love Applebee's and the one in BA is now shut down and I cant go to this one anymore because of that guy! I know the manager saw it and didn't do anything about him bothering me!!!!
