I was having a great day. All errands had been completed. I hadn't had ice cream in several months and thought I would treat myself. Big mistake to go to Braum's at 71st and highway 169... after sitting in an inescapable line for 23 minutes, I get to the window after waiting patiently for my peppermint ice cream in a cone to then be handed it in a small cup. I tell the young woman at the window this isn't what I ordered, it should be a waffle cone. She looks at me as if i just wasted her time, then ask me with attitude, " well what do you want me to do hand you a cone? " I thought since Braum's is an ice cream store they should have some cones....But it looks like i was wrong.....don't waste your time with this place...

Very inconsistent! Waited for fries for several minutes which in turn gave my burgers time to get cold. Buns were burned and the cheese was doubled. Tasted horrible.

Milk is better and cheaper. Ice creams and shakes are creamy and fresh

Standard store but no Wi-Fi like others so it comes up as Krispy Kreme or Lowe's for places you have been to

Wish I could make it less than one. The service here is always horrible. Yesterday I tried to let them redeem themselves. I go to order 1 medium malt. I was the only car in the drive thru line. I waited 15 minutes! Someone opened the window and asked me what I was waiting for. When I finally got my malt, it was only 3/4 filled and chocolate was all over the cup. The attendant handed me my cup covered. He asked me if I needed anything else. I obviously needed napkins and had to ask for a straw. I always have the worst experiences here. It's been six months since my most previous visit before this. Now I travel to Bixby or Broken Arrow. The service is much better at those locations.
