Was amazing, no wait time. Food was very good quality. Chip basket stayed full with fresh chips. Tea glasses also stayed full. Plenty of room at tables and booths. I eat out often, and this is now my favorite choice. Clean, no wait, fresh, and my drink glass stays full; not to mention my server was super fast and respectful.

Chips and salsa are always fresh! Everything I've tried is good and fresh! Attentive service. I like the atmosphere and the music they play.

Food 5/5 - Sante Fe. It was awesome. Clean 3/5 - slippy floor under our table. And the menus are DIRTY!!! Time to sit down and clean every page of them menus!!! Service - 2/5. This is honestly the first time I am disappointed about my waitress. She must be new. She asked if we were ready to order BEFORE bringing us the chips!!! I had to ask, “can we get some chips?” Then immediately again... ready to order??? NOOOO!!! The food runner got us our food, within 2 seconds literally, she asked us - how’s everything? Uhhh... it just got here... then she walks away, but I stopped her because she failed to notice my drink is empty. Then we had to ask for extra napkins because she didn’t notice we destroy the one that came with the silverware because we spilled a bit of salsa on the table. Then she asked us 3 times if she can take our bill. Don’t get me wrong. I like the lady, she is super nice. Just needs more training and think ahead of what the customers might need if I were them. Getting a Togo box or being offer a drink Togo without me even asking would totally get $5.00 in tip. Oh yea... I don’t even know her name cause she didn’t introduce herself.

To anyone who says this is good Mexican food doesnt have a clue. To anyone who says the margarita is good, again doesn’t have a clue. To anyone who says the service is good they are right. It’s the only reason they didn’t get a 1 Star. The food was mediocre at best and the margarita tasted pretty much like tequila and not a margarita. The Queso with beef wasn’t very good and was was greasy. I had the burrito with steak and beans. Was 100% bland until the end of it then it had some sort of off taste that I wasn’t able to place. To sum it up this place needs someone else in the kitchen. Horrible I won’t be returning.

After waiting entirely too long to be acknowledged when we arrived, we again had to wait entirely too long for our waiter to show up to take our drink order. Again after a long wait, the waiter dropped my drink off in front of my husband instead of me & walked away without saying anything & without my husband's drink. He finally returned with my husband's drink, but didn't offer to take our food order, instead turning to another table, so again we waited. When placing our order we asked for queso to start, my husband's meal, and my meal, asking for no rice & extra beans. He confirmed everything, but our order was not correct when it arrived. The queso never came & my food came with rice, so we sent it back. We waited almost as long as it had taken for the original order to arrive (all the while my husband's good is getting cold) only to have it arrive with rice still stuck to it. It was clear they'd just scraped the rice off & added more beans, so what took so long? They could have made a whole new order in that time. That was the last straw. I stormed out & my husband spoke with the waiter, letting him know we were leaving, but he never offered to get a manager involved. Poor experience from the second we walked in.
