My 1st time in this location and was very dissatisfied. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes while 6 people were standing around looking lost. There was no one else in line. It seemed they had 2 managers in the store just chatting, so the rest of them couldn't figure out what to do? Finally someone came to their senses and took my order. Their condiment section was nasty, no lids for cups either. Tables were not clean either. Pepper shaker empty, had to go seek other tables to get one that was filled. I would not recommend coming to this location. You'd think they'd just opened.

I live ib the neighborhood behind this store so I'm a frequent customer and overall the quality of product is good. However, the staff that I have encountered have for the most part been immature, unprofessional and at times inappropriate and even rude. The assistant manager Neomi rolled her eyes at us and produced a sub par freeze when we added to our order and then about 15 min ago she didn't even say hello or make eye contact when my girlfriend greeted her. She just said our dollar total and when we said "thank you" she just said "uh huh". Decent product but horrible customer service in my opinion.

Great place to stop for milk that stays fresh for several days and other grocery needs, like fresh fruits and veggies, plus eggs and salads, etc. Rarely get a burger there, but do partake a scoop or two of ice cream on weekends.

Braums always has great food and ice cream! We go to this one often. We get all our milk here only. I have to deduct 1 star because we have gotten fries that weren't warm in the drive thru. We know because we don't wait 5 minutes to get home before we start eating them. Everything else is top notch.

My wife and I go there all the time. I am handicapped and walk with a walker and it is easy from the handicap parking, ramps and ample space inside the store and tables. We always buy our milk there because it is the best and just as cheap as Wal-Mart. The food and ice cream are outstanding too.
