I was actually very disappointed the last time I was here. I can't really give it less than four stars because of the previous experiences I've had there. I know the owner is spreading himself really thin, he has at least three restaurants now, possibly more. The hamburger this time was way over cooked. It was not remotely reasonable. It went from one of the best hamburgers I've ever had to I'm never going to order a hamburger here again. Solid place, on the verge of giving it three stars just because of how bad the burger was. Nah screw it, I'll give it a 3 this time. I sort of wanted to say something just to let him know not to over cook the next hamburger like they probably did. But what kind of a dork move would that be complaining about a hamburger?

We ordered the flight of food organized by the chef, and it was very interesting in a good way. The food was amazing, and the staff came very swiftly with all 10 dishes, even though we were in a more secluded part of the restaurant. With all the amazing food, time flew by very quickly. Definitely an experience to have, even with the high cost.

Another excellent restaurant from the same collective that runs tasty and sons and many of the great eats in town. Excellent flavors, not THAT expensive and very filling! Had a great time and will return soon!

Good food, too pricey though. Also Not the best I’ve had since I’m from Los Angeles. I recommend Villa Madrid in the city of Pomona in Los Angeles county and also , I’ve been to Spain three times.
