Delicious. My wife had a salad and sandwich. Salad was fresh and crisp with excellent flavor. I had the Trail Boss burger and fries, and to me treated home made. Delicious and filling. Service, professional and friendly. Thank you, and I plan a return visit before I have to leave town.

Extremely disappointed with our experience this morning. We were sat quickly, which was nice, but it went downhill from there. Our server gave us maybe two minutes to look at the menu and decide what we wanted. When we said we needed more time she immediately wanted to know our drink order. I asked what they had and she physically slammed my menu open and said “They’re all right here!!!” So we quickly ordered them. When my husband asked for a straw, she brought back a child’s bendh straw. My husbands steak was not cooked to his specifications and she didn’t even try to make the mistake right. The rest of the food was cold and soggy when it was brought to our table. Terrible food and terrible service!

Not really worth it. The food is consistent, but consistently disappointing. I've never left and thought "I can't wait to eat here again." Usually my first thought is some variation of "never again!" The pies are decent. The big surprise is that the coffee is not bad, and they'll bring a little carafe so you can refill your cup. Why do I eat here at all? It's open 24/7. Even holidays.

The food was fantastic, but the service was terrible. My waitress had her kid and a friend here, and was making sure that her kid was taken care of first. Then she forgot to bring us waters, failed to bring us extra sugar and creamer, forgot to bring the fruit for the baby we had with us, all until we reminded her, and when she was supposed to bring the condiments, she told us I will be right back with the condiments, and walked away, seating other people and failing to bring us the condiments. On top of that she was not very friendly. Honestly due to the service I would not return here again. I am even writing this review while finishing my food. The resturaunts is not busy at all, and she has checked on if her kid needs anything every 5 minutes where she came and checked on us only after we flagged her down. The date is 2/17/2018

I placed a call in order at about 6:45PM and the girl on the phone said it would be about 10 or 15 minutes. So I head on down after about 10 minutes or so and the girl told me "they were still working on it". So I thought, no problem. So I sat down and waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally, after seeing people leave after eating, who had actually walked in after me. I walked up to the girl at the counter and asked about my order. She went and asked somebody in the back and then sheepishly told me that "they didn't have any record of my order" and it wasn't being made. I stood there a few seconds, waiting on her to mention some way to rectify the situation , but none was coming. I eventually said, "well never mind", to which she immediately said "sorry". What a pathetic customer service display that was. She couldn't wait for me to leave and so I eventually obliged her. But I will never return. Interesting , I have only ever ate at one other Shari's restaurant and enjoyed it. I hope they all aren't as bad as this one was.
