Very disappointing experiences here regarding their young customer service staff. Went here every week, sometimes twice a week, and really loved it. However, when I found a hair in my Togo meal and brought it back the next day, there was no offer to refund my money or make a new dish for me. She questioned why I did not bring in the dish yesterday. When I asked to talk to the manager they said there wasn’t one, which makes sense. Then today there was a new customer service person and she miscalculated the amount for my purchase, and it included a dish I had only had once previously in a different size. After paying and sitting down, waiting for a few minutes, she came over and asked me for more money due to her own error. One of the customer service personnel then stepped up saying they were the manager, when I was told by that same person they didn’t have one, and stood up for the employee and her actions, saying that the employee is new, and their customers usually already know how much their items cost. Seeming to try to put some blame on me for not correcting the mistake myself. I was appalled and am completely frustrated with these situations and will not be returning.

The place was a nice Thai dive spot. Not much of a view, siting on a four corner intersection. I selected the Thai jam curry. The server was nice, and took our order promptly it was pretty slow. I forgot to tell the server I preferred my curry on the spicy side. From my experience Thai establishments will not serve curries with as much spice as true Thai curry is served. Probably due to customers not being able to handle the heat. I enjoy the spice, but usually the server will ask how hot would you like it, and I say Thai HOT! In this case, the server didn't ask so I had the not so spicy curry. It was delicious without the spice.

Large menu, good service, did not take too long by any means. The Pad Thai I ordered was very good.

Just OK. Very 'Muricanized. Sugar seems to be added to everything. The larb was overcooked and served with cheap cabbage and what seemed like Cisco carrot. Lemongrass chicken was well cooked but pre-marinated in some sort of second-rate sweet sauce.

My favorite Thai restaurant in all of Portland. Fantastic dumplings, food has never been less than perfect. Try the Thai Chili special if you like basil.
