Passable but not what I've come to expect from other locations. There is no early morning service and the staff is likely doing the best they can in spite of giving me the impression that they're feeling under siege. I'm sure the franchise manager/owner has plenty of anecdotal as well as documented evidence that supports the decisions leading to a less inviting atmosphere. The team does a good job of maintaining corporate product standards. To be fair, I'd give them more than one chance to make a great impression when I visit the area again.

such a slow service when you dine it. I waited for 13 minutes. I told myself If i don't receive my food within 15 minutes I will leave. the problem was I saw at least 15 cars on drive thru that already came and left. So it's not like they were short handed or something. It's going to take a long time for me to return to this location as well. and my food was soooooo sloppy made it made me angry that i had to wait that long yet it was made like someone didn't give a rats A##!

Decent food, but employees could care less about service especially wait times just to place an order.

Food was good as expected. Restaurant was clean. The folks at the counter and a young gentleman (lunchtime shift on Saturday) in particular embodied the term good customer service. Nice experience for fast food

I bought 6 sliders there the other day and they were really small, overcooked and only had a little meat on each.. i like these because it's cheap eats.. usually good.. but i guess the cook was slippin that day
