Noord has an amazing atmosphere; it's small, slightly loud but you can still carry a conversation, and the waiters are fantastic! All of them are so personable and helpful! And the food-- so good!!! You'll want to fill up on the bread, but don't!! This time I went, we were 15 minutes late for our reservation. They were extremely accommodating. They opened our bottle of wine while we waited and cleared a table to get us seated quickly. Two years later, they are still just as accommodating and still have that great atmosphere. I'll definitely keep going back!

Incredibly tasty, well done food. Homemade bread with a great char. Fish cooked extremely well. Fresh salads that complement tangy with saltiness of many of the Nordic dishes. Wait staff is extremely friendly and helpful too. And of course, BYOB! Great place all around.

I love Noord! The staff and owner are super friendly. The warm bread at the table is delicious and its BYOB. Try their Sunday brunch!

Interesting trendy spot for a modern Scandinavian menu. Brunch was awesome with an unusual 12 hour baked brisket hash. It was prepared with red potatoes, onion, cherry tomatoes and two sunny side up eggs. Delicious! Service was bland, not unfriendly or bad, just matter if fact bland. The service however did not deter us from thoroughly enjoying the visit. Recommended spot in South Philly.

We came here for an event and the food and service were absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this BYOB!
