Went there around lunch time and waiter took my order. I told him I wanted a large bowl of pho with EXTRA beef and noodles. He took my order and food came out within a timely manner. Food was good and when I got the bill I was charged $26 dollars for a bowl of pho!! I asked the manager why was it so expensive. She argued with me that I asked for extra everything on the pho. (You know those small add-ons you see under “pho”? Well ya.....apparently the waiter added everything on there). So i politely tried to explained to her that I just asked for extra beef and noodles but she sided with her worker. That was 3 years ago and I never went back ever since

We love Pho Street! Food is great. I like the hoagies, it's a French and Viatmee fusion, with bold flavors.

Delicious, huge portions, quick service and reasonable price! One of my favorite places!

The food is fine, not amazing but still pretty solid. My problem is with the manager. My fiancée ordered a $12 broken rice dish consisting of a small mound of rice, a tiny salad mostly made of iceberg lettuce and 6 very small (barely larger than a quarter) shrimp. Not NEARLY enough food for the price, maybe about $7 worth and even then I could make that at home for $4. We asked to either exchange it for another dish or just get a little something extra, but instead we got a lecture on how they've never changed the prices in 3 years and how expensive shrimp is (and I've bought shrimp enough to know it's not even remotely expensive enough to justify that cost). In the end, they gave us 2 more pieces of tiny shrimp and an unpleasant attitude, no other compensation. Fool me once, shame on you. We were fairly regular customers at Pho Street, we won't be going back anymore.
