I was at this location on City Ave 4/11/18 during lunch hour. The service was barely, the food was not good. I shouldn't have to had paid for that garbage. My daughter had ask many times for her drink she was told in a mean loud voice "wait I'm busy!" I had to pray for strength to keep it tight. I will NOT go back to this location. This place use to be very nice not anymore.

I really wish I could give them zero Stars. please do not judge all Olive Gardens by your experience at City Line Avenue. the Olive Garden on City Line Avenue is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. and it's been this way for at least 4 years. I'm from Montgomery County and I go all the way to the boulevard so I can enjoy a good Olive Garden meal. I took a year-and-a-half break from the Olive Garden on City Line Avenue hoping that the experience would be different and it was mostly the same Waiters and the same terrible service with an attitude. I really wish they'd get a team of people that can actually run the business so I wouldn't have to go so far to enjoy a meal. till then I will be going on the Boulevard or Cherry Hill New Jersey.

The food was good and service was great. The server tended to all of our needs. We were celebrating a birthday and the server went out of her way to make sure the bday girl felt special all evening. We were dining with several children and she was extremely patient and attentive to each of them as well.

Last night food was good.. Server (Ashley)was awful. I got a soup my wife got a salad and we both got ravioli. Thank god they put a plate under the soup because the waitress said 2 times oh i forgot your plates... worst part is we were her only customer. We wanted the check and had to wait another half our to waive her down for that. Total waist of money!

I have to give a shout out to Olive Garden on City Line Avenue but most especially our server Ernest! Our family went after sitting in the car for 3 hours during a miserable rogue snow storm. Unfortunately shortly after we arrived the power went out at Olive Garden. The entire staff continued to serve the customers, they all stayed cool & very patient & even kept a sense of humor. We were SO pleased. We were sitting in the dark with our cellphone lights on but it was all good. (And yes all the food was thoroughly cooked. Lol.) So thank you to the entire staff at Olive Garden & again ERNEST! The staff there that evening was so professional & really deserve special mention because you are all AWESOME.
