Ordered a pizza that was only a special on line...waited an hour and 40 minutes for delivery ..I live 10 minutes from the store. Called to see when it would be here and person answering the phone said " its next to go out when the driver gets back" No apology no empathy just hung up. This location is always slow to deliver. I feel the taste has changed and not for the better. I used to think Pizza Hut had the best pizza around..not any more. This is my farewell pizza. No more waiting for sad sack pizza!

Ordered pizza at 6:10pm didn't get it until 9:20 pm called 4 times and all they said was they have one driver it does not take 3 hours to make and bring 2 pizzas especially when I live right up the street this place sucks and my pizza was cold this place should be shutdown or find better employees. Next time I'll stick to a good pizza place

I posted 1 star because sadly there is no option for 0. Called at 4:55 pm for 2 pizzas and some breadsticks for delivery. I'm only 10 minutes away and eta would be 40 minutes which is fine. It is now 6:20 pm and still nothing so I called and told them to cancel and they said its on its way which I highly doubt because it shouldn't take so long to make these pizzas and have them sent out. Employee was pretty rude since in the middle of our call he hangs up and I had to call back to confirm my cancellation. Never, ever, ever, ever again will order for anything here.
