Outstanding! We got the Small Boat Combo and the Nigiri was the best I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, and the service was top-notch. The environment is pretty neat too! Highly recommend for sushi.

Lousy- ass SERVICE TODAY! You would think since they open at 4:30; they would be refreshed and ready to go especially since no customers had arrived. Except for my take out of 1 Big Daddy Sushi roll placed at 4:34 and promised in less than 15. When I arrived at 5:05 it wasn't ready,so I waited another 30 min. No, I'm sorry for the inconvenience or please come again NOTHING! Oh well no coma again Osaka!

The food is great as always. The service was lacking. Our server was Brianna. It seems as if she didn’t want to be there and we were interrupting her day. Didn’t write orders down and things got confused. She brought out the wrong item, took it back and then came back to my table and said for me not to argue with her because her manager was there and it was my fault not hers. If she wrote the orders down we wouldn’t have this issue. I hated not tipping very well (as a server myself) it is horrible getting a bad tip from a table, but she didn’t even try to be nice or smile.

Pretty poor performance tonight. I think it is time to find a manager who doesn't have RBF, can do more than talk on a walkie-talkie and ensures their staff is trained properly. This was not the result of a cohesive team that works together.

The people at the front door that greet you were anything but welcoming. We were basically interrupting their "hang out" time and inconveniencing them. When taken to our table, our family smelled the grossest smell ever. Didn't know if it was cleaning solution for the tables or what. The fried rice and steak tasted really bad. I highly recommend visiting somewhere else for hibachi. Will NOT be coming back!
