Great atmosphere, warm friendly and detailed service. This was my 1st time dining there but will not be my last.. The Smoked Catfish dip was a different but tasty spin to catfish. I enjoyed the fried Catfish and Shrimp platter, absolutely delicious the catfish was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly..My daughter had the skillet hamburger and it was seasoned and prepared to perfection. We just stopped on a hunch, after seeing the menu online..When you're in Memphis you must treat yourself to this great place. Affordable prices made it even better

As a Louisiana native it is difficult to find good Cajun cooking. Well I found it here. The gumbo was amazing, and the fried fish, shrimp, and crawfish was the best ever! Also they have the best southern sweet tea. Above all this the service was amazing. The sweetest waitresses I’ve ever had wait on me. My waitress was busy and others passing by offered to fill up my tea and bring me whatever else I needed. They work together as a team and that’s what helps to make this place #1 in my book. It was well worth the drive from Arkansas!

The food is just okay - nothing spectacular. The place was clean, staff was very courteous and helpful. I went here on a weekday after work with colleagues from the office. If you’re into this sort of food, I imagine you’ll love it.

One of my all time favorite places to dine. The fish is always hot and fresh. Please try the macaroni! You will fall for it hard. The staff is always attentive, friendly and accommodating! I have dined several times when either the Manager or owners have come out to greet me and ensure my meal and service have been excellent. It always is! Kudos to owners and employees of this fine establishment. I would give a 100 stars if I could.

This restaurant is a popular local eatery for a few of my friends. My sorority sisters had our annual lunch here and the restaurant easily accommodated our group of 15. I normally eat the fish tacos but this time I ordered trout (blackened). Good choice. I prefer the hush puppies over the cornbread so be sure to tell the waitress if you want something different with your entree. Also most entrees come with 1 side, so you may want to order another if you have a hearty appetite. This location has the bulk of it's parking in the rear so don't let the store front look discourage you. Located on poplar by tons of other restaurants and shops, so be mindful of that when coming to the restaurant as traffic can make it difficult turning across lanes. Good food and customer service what more to ask for.
