My friends and I celebrated my birthday here. The staff members were polite and on point. The food and drinks were awesome and affordable. The live band was great. The only down side was the parking. Onix please get better parking area.

The atmosphere was welcoming. However, the food looked good but it was way over priced, it seemed microwaved. The location is too small for live music. The waitress was nice but we didn't receive refills all night, our appetizers were cold, and she disappeared and showed up only you take our money. Lastly, there was an 18% gratuity tax added for 2 people, we tip well, but dang, don't make someone pay by adding it to the ticket. I will not go again!

Was there over the weekend for my birthday and the vibe was cool my food was cold and the chicken was horrible too bland. Only thing I liked was the chicken eggrolls then I got charged 18 percent gratuity and also the restaurant took and extra 27 dollars out of my card. I'm going to give them a call I want my money refunded to me. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER. YOU ONLY CHARGE GRATUITY WHEN THERE IS 5 PEOPLE OR MORE NOT 2.

Brought an out of town guest who wanted to hear some live music in a lounge type setting and I immediately thought of Onix. Unfortunately the unprofessionism of the staff was embarrassing, the hostesses were on their phone most of the night with rudeness to the guest. Parking was chaotic to say the least but the valet was pleasant even though he seem overwhelmed with the lack of space parking. The band was okay, but definitely not worth the $10 cover. After this visit I will definitely not bring out of town guest here again.

The atmosphere and the music is nice. It would be nicer if they had security to regulate the traffic close to closing time. The food is also good and comes out hot.
