Nice place. Fast easy ordering didn't feel rushed as I usually do. they we're actually smiling and nice at this one and didn't act like they hate their job.

Conveniently not having white rice over 30 minutes before close is pretty ridiculous. Then claiming it’ll take 25 minutes to have it ready, clearly they weren’t planning on being there for the whole shift. Rice doesn’t take 25 minutes to make. They just didn’t want to work. Pretty crappy, I get 10 minutes before close ...MAYBE. But if you can’t serve your full menu of normal staples like WHITE rice till close, that’s just unacceptable. Need new staff. I’m a regular at chipotle. This one will not be on my list anymore.

My friend ordered me and her some food from here and all in all, it was pretty good. But the guacamole tasted like ass. Everyone is always saying guacamole is so good and that was my first time trying it and it was horrible. Never eating guacamole again.

This is the best Chipotle I've been to since the 1st time I went to a Chipotle when they first opened in Hurst, Texas. The Chipotle on Collins in Arlington is THE BEST. They like so much inside the burritos that they can barely close it. My bowl was so full it was almost overflowing and I'm not exaggerating. Every other Chipotle I've been to in the past 4 years has skimped on the meat, rice and cheese, so I was shocked when I went to this one for the 1st time today, when they started putting giant scoops of everything on our bowls and tortillas. So obviously I gave this Chipotle 5 stars. But anyone reading this stay away from the Chipotle on Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills, Texas. When I got home it looked like someone ate almost all of one side of my food in my bowl. It was skimpy and terrible. Okay done rambling. Byeeeee

Food is as good as any other Chipotle, but lately the staff has just become absurdly slow. Too many times any given employee stops what they are doing to start a different task and each task just takes longer to complete. A simple retraining could speed them up. They have become woefully inefficient and it takes 20 minutes to get through the line of 12 people. Every other Chipotle I've been to could move the same line in under 5 minutes.
