Used to be a great location. Don’t know what happened, but it’s gone way down hill. They don’t answer their phone, they don’t try to help their customers, they regularly mess up orders and take WAY too long to make food. Are they crazy understaffed? Who knows, but go somewhere else! OH and in response to the owner who is asking people to fill out the online contact form, I did that, was given a $10 gift card for a horrible experience at your location. I went to use it with my wife to give you another chance and the guy taking the order argued with my wife about what was on the menu and then said that our gift card was declined. He didn’t offer to help, just basically said “tough luck.” I hope you figure out a way to turn things around. Best of luck, but I’ll never be a customer again.

We used to eat here regularly. Like a couple times a month. But in the last year, this Pei Wei has become a nightmare. They NEVER answer the phone-. I've literally waited to see how long it would take them to answer, and I tapped out after 45 minutes. Ridiculous. So we decided to order online. But that didn't work either. We arrived and were told our order was not received...just about the time I got an email saying the same thing. The workers are so stressed out because everyone is angry and disgruntled about their order being wrong/not made/not ready. I love Pei Wei food, but this is such a joke, and such a big pain!!

Barely edible. This store has steadily declined in quality over the past year to the point that now it's just not worth going to anymore. Stick to Panda Express. It tastes better and is way cheaper.

Has declined over the last couple of years. Last week the service was terrible, food worse. Eggs in fried rice were burned and orange chicken was extremely salty, gloppy, and with some of the chicken pieces not breaded. Uneven cooking of chicken, just terrible. Manager was very nice and acknowledged that changes are taking place in hopes of improving, but I left not trusting that the food was cooked properly. Will not go back to this location for at least 6 months, I hope it improves. The food at other locations has always been great.

Not sure what happened here but just had the worst experience. Heard some talk that they got bought out and made some changes. They were out of the larger napkins, using beverage size. Dirty dining, took over 30 mins to get food and it was cold and not the quality we've known and enjoyed for years. Watched our once cooked to order fried rice get scooped out of a large precooked batch and our Mongolian shrimp didn't taste the same. Lettuce for our lettuce wraps was cut to half the size it used to be. Looks like our Pei Wei dining days are over. So sad to see a good thing get sold, changed and ran into the ground.
