When it comes to gourmet burgers, Five Guys is one of my favorites. I used to do a ton of work in the Washington DC area, and Five Guys is a staple up there. I was really pleased to see them open a store down here in Austin. I love the ordering style, where you can pick from a huge list of condiments and most of them are free. The shakes are top-notch. Even the prices are mostly reasonable, especially compared to some of the high-end burger joints in Austin. All in all, I should come here way more often than I do.

They make great burgers & hot dogs! Amongst fast food burger chains this one stands out to me, except for the fries I think they're average at best, which is why I gave it 4 stars. When you finish here head next door to Tiff's treats for some cookies!

This was my first visit to five guys. The experience was really good. The wait time was very minimal and the food was really good. I am a shake when I eat a burger type guy so this is what was keeping me from trying them earlier. They added shakes to their menu! Thumbs up on that choice. Parking, pricing and service were really good.

The burgers are good. Worker was uptight he messed up on our order on the toppings. Instead of remembering we had a double meat he gets the toppings right but brings it with a single meat & has the nerve to blow up & say that's why I asked how you wanted it. He only got the toppings wrong not the meat part so it was awkward dining in very rude guy. We were the only ones in the place so it shouldn't have been that confusing. I have a pic of their fries posted I believe they can do better serving them fresh everytime. That's a far off color from the fries they have posted in their pics.

Like Five Guys, and this location has decent service. Skip the fries, though. The locations in Round Rock and the Triangle fill your bag full of fries. Like an entire container extra in your bag. That's what Five Guys is known for. Unfortunately, this location didn't get the memo. For five bucks you get a soda cup that isn't even full. Not enough for one adult and two small children.
