The wait staff were wonderful! The atmosphere is very authentic, as well as the food. Great prices for the size and quality of plates. Most of the staff are not very fluent in English in my experience, so a bit of a work around may be in order. (Please do not be rude to the staff because of this. When we were in someone accausted the waitress over a misunderstanding.) Their salsa is wonderful!

Best true Mexican food in Dallas! If you’re looking for quality food, they will not disappoint. This place is truly a hidden gem. They speak mostly Spanish but will understand your orders in English well!

Decent Mexican restaurant. We got there early and there wasn’t a wait. The food was hot and freshly prepared. Really enjoyed the chips and salsa. The tamarind juice was yummy. YEARS ago this used to be a Great American Hero and you can still see some of the design features from it. Now the only one is at 4001 Lemmon.

Place looks like any other Mexican restaurant but the difference is that their Caldo de Res is very delicious. It has a subtle spicy flavor.
