Great service and food! Be back soon!

If I could rate this place half a star I would. I went into this location because I was craving Chinese I've order here before and their service is not the best but it was the only Chinese restaurant in the area that I knew of. I order a Chicken lo mein for the first time here thinking it would taste similar to all the other Chinese restaurants that carry chicken lo mein .as soon as I got it I open it before I walk out the store and I could smell something weird and fishy as soon as I go in my car I tried it and It tasted just like it smelled. disgusting. the chicken was dry and no flavor what so ever. I went back in and politely told the guy that it had a weird taste but I've order from here before so can I just get the meal I usually get off the menu. he immediately got offended and said this is the way we cook it and just offered to give my money back. this was poor customer service on his part because I had already waited longer than I was told after placing my order over the phone and I also told him I was pregnant and know that the other meal I got on the menu taste fine but this one just did not . I would not recommend this place and will take my money else where. the food is not worth the price at all as I spent $9.00 for fishy noodles and dry chicken and still have not received the money back on my card.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received! If you ask for additional soy sauce or duck sauce theyll probably say no and if they do give it to you they’ll give you one and the nastiest looks ever! The place it’s nasty, and even tho the food it’s kinda “OK’’ try going into their bathroom full of roaches and that’s probably what they are serving you!

I ordered the combination rice. It was nasty. The meat tasted like rubber and the rice tasted like water. There was no taste to the rice. There was no "fried" rice at all. I won't be going here again! Save your money. Please. Oh yea it was a ton of rice and VERY little meat.

This is the only place we order Chinese from. Their food is amazing and reasonably priced for the amount they give. My family and I have gone to this place for years now and we've never had a problem with them. If someone out of state were to come to GP, I'd recommend Got Rice.
